a sad day, for england fans, of course. not a loss but a draw but still, tear in everybodys heart. what bothers me is the fact that why stew-g still 'operating' in the right side while there is an option such as shaun wright phillips. wrighty deserves a place in england as a replacement of dave b coz a lot had been said in the past bout replacing beck forever. guess what? england only managed a draw against a 51st world-ranking team. can we imagine if england were to play france or even worse, portugal, who was on fire yesterday. they played ok in the first half but still unable to break solid defence from macedonia, who played amazingly beautiful football. luckily for england they didnt score a goal against them, it would be painful for england to start their so called 'new era' with a loss at home. i noticed few technical and tactical errors on the pitch. if i were the manager the formation should go like this : robinson, g. neville, king, terry, a. cole, wright-phillips, lampard, parker, downing, rooney and defoe. i'd prefer defoe thousand times better than crouch who only count on his head to get a goal. it would be a different matter if defoe had been played instead of crouch who inconsistently treathen macedonias goal. stew-g who supposedly stay in the right flank has 'strayed' away from his position and let neville do his job. im sick and tired listening to ppls talk bout beck being rusty in the right midfield. now, whos talking? media in england are currently busy slamming ste-c decision to rule out beck from his team. ste-c will not budge from his decision to exclude dave b from england squad and let his dignity be thrown out to the window. he even called out paul scholes from his retirement!! whatta shock! as if beck wasnt even exist. the first time ste-c wasnt included beck, everyone praised him for letting the world know hes not afraid to dump the 'untouchable' player in england team. but it turned out horribly wrong for him as now ppl craving to see beck in action once more before he retires for real. i bet if dave b who took the stage last night, the story would be different and the scoreline of course, would be B.I.G. i agree with the commentator that england are bunch of individuals who play for themselves (my understanding of his comment). i have noticed this a lil while ago. lamps and stew-g are the culprits. they play as if they can produce something at any time and let other players sit and watch them celebrate (if they scored a goal).

they will play against croatia this wednesday and i doubt they can surpass the draw terror out of their head and if they couldnt get a full 3 points from that game, it will be much difficult for ste-c to gain his 'popularity' and an uphill task for england to climb. tsk tsk whatta story. i am gratefully happy for beck coz hes a good person and remain faithful to the coach even though he has been unfairly judged as a loser. and who has the last laugh ste-c? eat you alive!
