well i got to admit steaua bucharest played extremely well last night and managed to get away with 1 goal only, an own goal to be precised. again, Real was under pressure right away and casillas was forced to saved many clear cut chances. on the other end, steauas goal keeper had to dive several times to keep Real from scoring. i dont want to in details coz its already been told in online newspaper or sports daily, but i only want stress out the perfomance of Real last night. they didnt perform the way capello wanted them to do throughout the match and it seemed to me they would face numerous attacking strikes from french champions, olympique lyon in two weeks time, and they are good at it. lyon have never lost their champs league matches either away or on their own ground. they had solid matches as well in the french ligue so it will make Real days a lil harder as it supposed to. nothin is impossible, like when Real beat barca last week where ppl doubt their win, but to put away lyons glorious performance is ridiculous. Real had a bad record facing lyon even in front of their own crowd. look at what happened last season. im afraid same thing will happen again they might miss their chance to be european champions for the tenth time. what they need to do is to beat their eternal enemies, which is themselves. poor performances for the past 3 yrs was the result of weak fighting spirits. there was no actual leader on the pitch as raul was struggling to find his way of playing and everything just started to fall out. they didnt win a single titile in 3 yrs time, the worst record they ever had. until, when capello took over everything seemed possible. but the fact bites. Real only managed a draw in the first match of la liga, although have a good record remain unbeaten for the first five games but it turned out very badly for Real in the week after when they were beaten 0-1 by levante and put every single coaching staff busy. capello stressed out to his players that he doesnt want to see that kind of game in this season and it seems his 'barking' method works, Real starting to back on its way of winning. i said winning coz generally, i think they sometimes underperform themselves and let the opponents running arond their own half with ease. maybe winning is the main thing right now, coz as raul said the team has yet to find its form and few of players in the team are fresh 'graduates'. they might win a title or two, who can say? in order to achieve the desire they need to keep winning and challenge themselves to go beyond their limit and be a winning team like arsenal last season in the champs league, when nobody counted them as finalists.

anyway beck played really well last night and earned a praise from his coach as he proved himself as the main threat on the right wing. capello said beck is returning to his form at the right time. it should send a sign to bring him in the first XI line up although its highly impossible considering robinhos current form. guti, raul, ruudtje, emerson, robinho are capellos preferences to start against any team this season. of course, it will be changed if one of team facing injuries or downturn performance in the next games. its ok, he just needs to prove himself as a leader on the pitch and give everything to his club if he decides to stay.
