i found this fantasy football squad in BBC's website and i kinda love it. we actually can make up our own football squad without anyone's intrusion. i wish all coaches could do just the same, i expect stronger teams in the future. as everyone already knew that capello's appointment would signal to the world of football, that england is more than serious to improve their quality of football. it is no longer a secret that england posses some quality players but they lack of motivation and direction. this is where capello comes in. he is known as committed and highly motivated coach. i saw him coaching real madrid for a season and to be honest i wasn't impressed by his style. but it was under different circumstances back then as real madrid were struggling to get their best performance in the past 3 years. real have been searching for a winning coach and it was hard to get at that time since their winning spirit had since long gone. anyway, it is too early to say anything about him and the squad at this stage considering he's only been appointed for only 3 days and nothing can be said until his first match on feb 6th 08. during this friendly we can zoom in his approach to lighten england moral crisis at the moment. we'll have to wait and see....
