EMMA BUNTON

Music has been part of Emma’s life

as long as she can remember,

so it was only natural that

she would forge a solo career

when her Spice Girls commitments allowed.

Emma released her debut solo album,

A Girl Like Me, in 2001 and immediately cracked the top 10.

This was followed in 2004 with the 1960s-inspired

collection entitled Free Me,

which was yet another top 10 smash.

Emma's single, What Took You So Long,

cruised to the top of the charts a

nd held on to the number one spot for two weeks.

"It was an unbelievable feeling," she recalls.

Leaving her Baby persona behind,

Emma was thinking about

her approaching 30th birthday

when she set about writing her third album,

Life In Mono.

And Emma's new style of writing

reflected her new maturity,

incorporating rich orchestral arrangements

and beautiful harmonies.

"It's like when you write a diary

and put everything in it,

but when you read it back

you’re shocked by how honest you were," she explains.

Next, Emma followed a childhood dream to dance a

nd joined BBC1’s Strictly Come Dancing show.

"I wanted to do something different

and have a bit of a challenge, so it was perfect," she recalls.

Emma's graceful ballroom moves

were a hit with the audience and judges

and she reached the semi final of the competition

– the last female dancer to be eliminated.

In August 2007, Emma and long-term boyfriend

Jade Jones celebrated the arrival of their first baby,

a beautiful boy they have called Beau Lee.

Emma's life couldn't be busier.

Whilst relishing in new motherhood,

Emma is also very excited to be working with the Spice Girls once again.

GERI HALLIWELL

Towards the end of the 1998 European tour,

Geri Halliwell made a dramatic exit from the Spice Girls,

and she launched a solo music career.

Her critically acclaimed debut album,

Schizophonic was a massive success

and produced the number-one hits,

Mi Chico Latino, Lift Me Up and Bag It Up,

and a number-two hit with Look At Me.

She brought the 2000 Brit Awards to a standstill

with her characteristically flamboyant performance of Bag It Up.

Mel B released her debut solo album,

Hot, in October 2000,

and it produced three top five singles,

including the monster hit I Want You Back

– a collaboration with Missy Elliott.

Melanie then embarked upon a new

and successful career as a TV presenter and actress.

She hosted two seasons of the ITV1

talent show This Is My Moment,

shot a documentary for Channel 4 called

Voodoo Princess and was a lead character

in the BBC3 sit-com Burn It.

Melanie has also presented Top of the Pops

and Party In The Park for The Prince's Trust.

In 2002, Melanie released her hit autobiography,

i am currently writing a story and hopefully i will be able to sum it up this week. i like the story line but not sure what other people might think coz its not common to raise such rare occasion in this live. i have been amazed by the 'event' and constantly asking to myself, why would they have chosen such path instead our lined road?. indeed we are often faced by the fact that nothing in this world can satisfy our hunger. but does it mean we have to cross someone else's lawn for the sake of our own satisfaction? however, after reaching the deired lawn, what would exactly you wanna do when someone approaching, possibly the owner, and shouting loudly at you and it has caught others attention?. some of them assmuming you are a thief or a robber while the others might think you are a terrorist who is trying to escape from authority. either of those views do not make us live in peace ladies and gentlemen. however, there are people in this world preferred to be called a terrorist or a thief rather than staying at home and do the chores. they are enjoying themselves to be called such as that. what a pity to hear such scenario. it is true that as human we cannot judge people by their 'skin' but as a human we do need to impress other at least for our own sake. we are currently occupying a world where other people make a living from side stepping others. and we have to accept that. life is unfair but nothing is. these 'out of the line' people might have enough piece of cake for themselves and no matter how hard they are trying to resist, they hardly succeed from keeping away their naughty fingers from someone else's cooking jar. God has created human different from one another. each one of us has his/her own weaknesses and strengths. but dont make them as an excuse to harm people around us. lets be positive, any problems surface, there will be answers to that. if they are happy with their way of life, it is down to God to judge them; i will not interfere with anything. i am starting to understand the meaning of true love. it is not how much we love our boyf/girlf, but how we manage to cope with differences that can melt iceberg in atlantis for only few seconds. we love him/her in our own way, hopefully we can start loving others just like we love our beloved ones. be positive; one door shuts, there will be another door opens just for us.

im at a point where writing about football would hurt my ear drums like hell. this paranoia has in fact, surfaced after england horrible display at wembley which caused them a place in EURO '08. shame on you ste-c....new era you said? yeah right. it was indeed a new era which he has caused england to lose against croatia where they only need a draw to qualify. this is the first time since 1994 (england had failed to qualify for WC) england were hopeless at home. hes a bad influence after all, why would have FA bothered to make him england coach? one always wonders. its terrible.....

Lippi: Arsenal Play The Best Football In Europe

World Cup-winning former Italy national Coach

Marcello Lippi says that Arsenal play the best football in Europe.

The Gunners have taken the Premiership by storm this campaign and are currently top of the Premiership, having still yet to lose in the league.

“The best football in Europe, in my opinion is played by Arsenal,” said Lippi.

“It was thought that without Henry the Gunners would not be able to perform but instead look…”

“The Spanish sides I like less, although at Real Madrid Casillas is always the best. At Barca, the exclusion of Ronaldinho shows that something is not right.”

Lippi has been out of the game since stepping down as Coach of the Italian national team following last summer’s World Cup success in Germany.

The Viareggio-born tactician turns 60 in April, and he has confirmed that he will definitely return to management next season.

“Next year I will return to the bench. That is 100 per cent,” he declared.

Lippi is one of the most successful coaches of the modern era having won five Italian championships during two spells at Juventus.

With the Bianconeri he also won a Champions League title, an Intercontinental Cup, a Coppa Italia, and a European Supercup.

He also finished as a runner-up in the Champions League on three occasions in 1997, 1998 and 2003, as well as losing a Uefa Cup final in 1995.

marcello lippi has always been my favourite coach since the last 06 wc. though many people loathe italy, i fully supported italy during last 06 wc. that was a nice compliment especially to my gunners.

day in just one second

whatta bummer..

first, i thought the internet connection went wrong when the cold hard fact that nothing went wrong with it just some lightning crash my cpu. after weeks without internet (i was outdated for a while ha-ha) and now suddenly the email makes me sad. another bummer. it's supposed to be a very good day coz finally i can do what i'm best at. surf the net. hixhixhix, sadly that email just crushed down my good mood.
everyone knows i'm a positive human being, even over-optimistic sometimes. but today, this very day everything that i thought would be fine suddenly vamoosh aka gone with the wind (or the words in that email) aka dissapear. sobsobsob. i'm very much dissapointed actually. never expected that would really happen. never for even once i'd thought that i'd be extra sad when the email finally arrived.

expect the unexpected.

that's what my dad always told me. how could i totally forgot those words? well after this i'm going to hug my mom and ask her to boost my mood. i always believe in so many things, i always have faith no matter what, and i always think positive in life. after all, life isn't always about joy but it's always about deep sorrow. i've always learned the both smooth and hard way, at least i learn new things by making awful mistakes.

hopefully, God will give me the best solution (though i'll have to work extra harder to make my life work) and show me the true meaning of this dissapointment. i should be grateful that i still face trully hard tasks in my life...without it i'd be a snobbish person with greed inside my eyes. enough for the sad stuff, i haven't decided what to do after this. mebbe another boring posts just like i always do ha-ha.

Becks can train with Gunners

DAVID BECKHAM has been handed the chance to train with Arsenal this winter.
The LA Galaxy midfielder, 32, is currently not playing because of the MLS close season, which lasts until February.

But 97-cap Becks needs to keep fit as he is desperate to reach 100 appearances with England.
If Steve McClaren’s men qualify for the Euro 2008 finals next week, Beckham is being offered the chance to train with Tottenham, Watford or Arsenal.
All three clubs are near to his Hertfordshire home — but he is likely to opt for Arsene Wenger’s Gunners.

LA Galaxy have ruled out a loan move but will be happy to let Becks train in England until February providing he is still available for exhibition matches.

RICKY HATTON has revealed how David Beckham will put a night with the boys ahead of a night with the girls after discovering the joy of text.
The pair met in Los Angeles while the Hitman was promoting his fight with unbeaten American legend Floyd Mayweather.

Now Hatton has invited the England star to be a ringside guest for the showdown at the MGM Hotel in Las Vegas on December 8.
That is the night Becks’ wife Posh is performing over the road at the Mandalay Bay on the Spice Girls Re-Union world tour.

So Becks aims to watch the fight before sprinting across the Vegas Strip to hear Posh and Co.
Hatton said: “David’s agent got in touch with my man Paul Speak to invite me to an LA Galaxy game.

“I was in LA promoting my fight against Mayweather and I thought ’fantastic.’ Everyone is a David Beckham fan so I jumped at the chance.

“I got straight off the plane, went straight to the ground and met him in his box. He signed a shirt for me and a pair of boots for my son Campbell. He posed for pictures.

“We exchanged numbers and I said if there was anything I could do his charities or if he wanted tickets for the Mayweather fight, just ask.

“He sent me a few texts and I replied. Now he is coming to a fight which is brilliant.”
Manchester United’s hitman Wayne Rooney carried Hatton’s belts into the ring the last time he fought in Vegas against Luis Castillo and they have remained great pals.
Hatton is equally impressed with Beckham. He added: “He is softly spoken, but a good laugh and a real class act.

“I’d never seen a man more groomed in my life. He was only there to watch a football match, but there wasn’t a hair out of place and his eyebrows were plucked . . . I’ve never been that smart in my life.

“I can’t speak any higher of him. When you think how much he is in the public eye and to remain so humble proves he is a class act.”

Hatton, now established as one of the most recognised faces in the world of sport, admits he is still stunned at mixing with celebs.

He said: “Sometimes you exchange numbers and tell people you’re there if they need anything, but the last thing I expected was a text from David asking ‘How’s your training going champ?’
“Just the other day he texted me and said he can’t wait for the fight and it was his first major boxing show.

“When I received the first one I had to tell my dad. I have to pinch myself sometimes.
“People say to me that when I beat Floyd and become the best pound for pound fighter on the plant people will say the same things about me. I can never get my head round that.”

i came across this article from a blog and find it a lil amusing although not surprise reading it. ive been a fan of him since im in junior high and convinced hes more than a football star. some say hes only thinking about himself and his career. but i dont think so. he wouldnt be thinking of coming back to london and play for england after have been left out since ste-c took over as england manager if not bcoz of his love to his country. 10 months later ste-c era, he took a huge turn after more and more disastrous results coming his way. its nice to know there are people out there who appreciate becks as an individual not as a superstar.

clearly today its not a good day. first, we planned to go to places to pick up things we need to get before coming home. sadly, it has to be postponed yet again probably for the next hours. ive been furious about some things but i guess i cant do nothin at the time being. a friend of mine told me that if it doesnt happen today, it will on another day. shes definitely right and im not goin to complain on that. our life isnt as smooth as it used to be, however no one knows for sure. we life in denial, like so many people would say. if i take a good look at my own life, it hasnt been easy. of course, i cant 'dissolve' it pieces by pieces for peoples view. problems come and go but i will be here to stay coz that God would want me to do. superb week, if i want to say it that way, is around the corner. england match is one of those reasons i'll stick my butt on the wall while munching chips during weekend. whatever the result is gonna be i'll bet it would be a good one for fans and the england team as a whole. a lesson to learn everybody!. another day in paradise...ps2 im home!!. didnt know id miss it so much. missing our sanctuary where we can lay back and relax while watching time passes by. giddy up...

feeling green and not moody at all well a bit, but i'm enjoying every minute of my life. i'm listening to (current minute) avril's old song called tomorrow. it kinda reminds me of my old times with someone who was my mistake to be with. at the end of the day no matter what, i was selfish enough not to listen to my sist and yeah as you can guess tarxans, i was hurt and it lasted for quite a while. up till now i still feel there's this big wall between me and that person especially when we both have grown up and lead two different lifestyles. believe me, when you're teenagers you always felt you would be with the same person, the same crowd till forever. i was too young when i had the first backstab and i was too young to realize that life was cruel to enough to chop your heart into pieces and life sometime could offer more than just happiness. life can offer you some things to achieve even when you're over-pessimistic.



heck, forever is absurd forever is never. but it was just wild imagination just like the ones i had when i was young and too much happily ever after tagline. it's not that i don't believe in happiness at all but as i grow up i realized that life's not a fairy tale. but hapiness can still be found (no worries tarxans) when you're a good person you'll eventually have the happy-ness that'll last for lifetime. if there was no bump maybe i'm not who iam right now and i'm proud to have grown into a whole new person which i didn't expect to be when i was younger. although i need to fix up certain things with my attitude. i'm not perfect, far from it basically..i don't know what's the meaning of the word perfect. only God has the perfect answers and only Him who's perfect in this world.

so i think i have moved on from hardcore and moving fast forward to other genre, dunno why maybe i liestened to hardcore music for years when i was younger. i try to surf to purevolume very much often to find new bands i can check on, it's psyche to listen to different genre on my ipod. i got my sist soo hooked on this new band called quietdrive. yaay!! W, tomorrow's going to be another busy day hopefully i can manage to squeeze in between hectic scheduleand some quit time to rest, currently i'm listening to lost in space by lighthouse family. it reminds me to a novel i've read before, that novel really changed my view about relationship.
